Welcome to Tell Them Sooner. These Terms apply to your use of our online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the related policies available through the store, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Products and orders
We work to present product descriptions, finish and box options, message-card designs, images, and prices accurately. Product colors may look different on different screens. Product availability and offerings may change. An order is subject to payment authorization and acceptance by Tell Them Sooner. If we identify a pricing, listing, or availability error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund as required.

Made-to-order items
Jewelry is made to order by an independent fulfillment partner. Production, delivery, and order issue terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us promptly. A change or cancellation may not be possible once production has begun, subject to rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Prices and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you submit your order. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners under their applicable terms.

Use of the store
You agree to use the store lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. You must not use the store to submit false information, distribute harmful code, or infringe another person’s rights.

Third-party services and links
Shopify hosts the store. Payment providers, fulfillment services, carriers, and linked websites may also be involved in providing services related to an order. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Store content
The Tell Them Sooner name, product copy, designs, images, and other store content are owned by Tell Them Sooner or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content commercially without permission.

Disclaimers and liability
The store and its content are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tell Them Sooner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the store. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page and apply from the time it is posted, subject to applicable law.
