Made-to-order jewelry
Tell Them Sooner jewelry is made to order and produced by an independent fulfillment partner.

Production and delivery estimates
Message-card jewelry generally takes 2–3 business days to produce. After production, carrier transit time depends on the shipping method and destination. For US standard shipping, transit is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch. Options for other destinations, where available, may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; busy periods, carrier operations, weather, and customs processing can add time.

Rates and tracking
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Tracking information is emailed when it is provided by the carrier. Items in one order may ship separately if they are ready at different times.

Delays and international orders
If we learn that an order is likely to miss the delivery timeframe shown at purchase, we will email you with an update and available options, including whether you prefer to accept a delay or cancel for a refund, as applicable. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country; any such charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout states they are included.
